This Acceptable Use Policy describes conduct that is prohibited on LearnIT. It applies to every account and is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service.
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with others, or use an account that was not approved for you personally.
- Attempt to bypass, automate, or otherwise circumvent the account approval workflow, rate limiting, or other security controls.
- Scrape, bulk-download, reverse engineer, or redistribute LearnIT's study content, audio narration, or software outside the Service.
- Use the Service to impersonate another person, including in the Team Battle multiplayer mode, or to harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, or attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorization.
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law, including distracted-driving laws while using Driving Mode (see the Driving Mode Safety Policy).
- Use automated means (bots, scripts) to create accounts, submit exam responses, or manipulate progress or leaderboard data.
Enforcement
Violating this policy may result in warning, suspension, or termination of your account at LearnIT's discretion, and may be reported to law enforcement where conduct is unlawful.
